Fans might still have better luck renting Taylor Swift’s iconic Cornelia Street townhouse in New York City than scoring her Eras tour tickets, which have resold for up to a whopping $22,000.
The charming four-bedroom, seven-bathroom West Village property at 23 Cornelia St. is up for rent at $45,000 per month, The Post has learned.
Swift, 32, lived in the home in 2016 while renovations on her townhouse in nearby Tribeca were taking place.
This temporary home even gained notoriety when Swift wrote a song titled “Cornelia Street” on her seventh studio album “Lover.” The tune reflects on her memories of living in the property during the beginning of her relationship with actor Joe Alywn.
Features include dramatic double-height ceilings, three gas fireplaces and hardwood floors throughout. Perfect for an A-lister, the home also boasts a garage for privacy — as well as an indoor pool that measures approximately 30 feet by 15 feet, and 5.5 feet deep.
To top it off, there’s also a rooftop terrace with gabled roof structure and open views of downtown Manhattan.
Spanning roughly 5,500 square feet, the home was built in 1899. More than a home, it was initially used as a carriage house in 1870, according to the listing.
